XBRL status

The XBRL status screen shows the filing status, and allows filing, of XBRL files submitted to Companies House (UK).


File

To submit an XBRL file:

  • Click Administration > XBRL status
  • Click the File button
  • Input the required details.  Note that Accurri Support are unable to provide assistance with Presenter IDs, Presenter passwords or Company authentication codes.
  • Once filed, the submission will have an initial status of 'Pending'
  • The status should be checked every 24 hours

NoteThis file option can only be used to upload XBRL files.  Use the file option in Modules > XBRL to submit from within a report.

If the file button is disabled, an Administrator or Manger must enable rights:

  • Click Administration > User management
  • Click the user who requires rights
  • Turn on rights for XBRL | File
  • Click OK


Status

To check the status of a submission:

  • Click Administration > XBRL status
  • Click the refresh status icon to the right of the submission
  • Input the Presenter password
  • Click OK

The refresh status icon will turn red for submissions which have not had their status checked for over 24 hours.

Possible statuses are:

  • Pending
  • Accepted
  • Rejected

Click the information icon to view the more details, for example the rejection reason.

If the refresh icon is disabled, an Administrator or Manger must enable rights:

  • Click Administration > User management
  • Click the user who requires rights
  • Turn on rights for XBRL | Status
  • Click OK


Submission details

To check the submission details:

  • Click Administration > XBRL status
  • Click the information icon
