Our Support team can be contacted via the following options:

Include the following, where applicable, when contacting our Support Team:

  • Entity name, report title and version (if the Email support option is used while in a report, the subject of the email will be populated automatically with the entity name and report name)
  • A description of the issue, including the applicable note or screen
  • Attach any examples, such as input or output files

Generating an email with this subject is controlled by the browser, computer settings and/or network policy. One or all of these could prevent an email being generated, and this is a matter for I.T. Departments, rather than Accurri.

Two of the more common reasons this option will not generate an email are:

  • No default email application in Windows 10. To set a default application, click Control panel > Default apps within Windows
  • If using Gmail, Chrome needs permission to access your email. Details on this can be found here https://support.google.com/a/users/answer/9308783


Note: The above settings are not controlled by Accurri and therefore Accurri Support are unable to support Windows, Chrome and other such programs.
