1

New entity

Creates a new entity

  • Duplicate entity names are permitted. We recommend adding a Tag to distinguish them

Open entity

Opens the list of reports within the selected entity

  • Same functionality as #5

Tag

Set a tag for the entity, such as a reference, user, group or company number

  • To edit the tag, click Edit entity

Favourite

Set entities as favourites

  • Click to set as a favourite, click again to remove as a favourite
  • Sort the column to move all favourites to the top of the list

Open entity

Opens the list of reports within the selected entity

  • Same functionality as #2

Edit entity

Opens the edit entity screen

  • The entity can be renamed, a logo added and removed, divisions added and removed

Delete entity

Deletes an entity

  • Delete is disabled if the entity contains reports
  • Delete is disabled if the user does not have User rights


Allow and deny access to entities

  • Administrators and Managers can allow or deny access to entities in Access control
  • If a user cannot see an entity in the entity list, it will be due to the list being filtered, or the user not having access to see the entity in Access control.
