Based on the selected 'Basis of preparation', the software may determine that this note is not required.

 

To turn the Information on directors note on:

  • Click Reports > Options > Setup
  • Switch Inclusions -  Information on directors to On

 

The Corporations Act 2001 (Australia) does not explicitly state the date at which the information should be disclosed. Alternative presentations include disclosing:

 

  • Information on all directors who held office since the beginning of the financial period and up to the signing date of the directors' report including all directors who have resigned;
  • Information on the directors who are in office at the signing date of the directors' report and exclude those directors who have resigned either during the financial period or since the reporting date; or
  • Information on the directors who held office either at the reporting date or at the signing date of the directors' report and exclude those directors who have resigned during the financial period.

 

 

Interests in shares, options and rights

  • Interests in shares, options and rights are the numbers held at the signing date of the directors' report
  • If a director has resigned before this date, consider stating 'Not applicable as no longer a director'.

 

 

Table not printing

The 'Name' field must be completed for the table to be printed.
