To turn the Remuneration report note on:

  • Click Reports > Options > Setup
  • Switch Remuneration report to On

 

 

Definition of key management personnel ('KMP'):

All key management personnel ('KMP') as defined under IAS 24 (9) (and in the Corporations Act 2001's (Australia) dictionary is defined as having the same meaning as the accounting standard) being 'those persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the entity, directly or indirectly, including any director (whether executive or otherwise) of that entity'.
