Combining current and non-current notes

To combine current and non-current notes:

  • Click Reports > Options > Setup
  • Select Combine notes by class:
    • Yes - Without total or;
    • Yes - With total

 

Click here to see which notes will combine. There is no option to 'pick and choose' pairings.

 

 

Employee benefits

Employee benefits can either be allocated to the provisions note (class V, for instance CLVEE) or a separate employee benefits note (class U, for instance CLUEE).

 

 

Movements in provisions

To show movements in provisions in one note:

  • Click Reports > Options > Setup
  • Switch Placement - Include provision movements in one note to On
  • The movements in provisions section will hide in Current liabilities - provisions
  • Current and non-current movements can be reconciled in the Non-current liabilities - provisions note

 

In accordance with the Accounting Standards, the movements in provisions table:

  • is for provisions only, so will not include employee benefits allocations CLVAL to CLVEE
  • has no comparatives
