Change equity unit
To change the equity unit from 'share' to for example 'unit':
- Click the Reports > Options > Settings
- Change Specifications - Present equity unit as
Change number of shares rounding
To turn on or off rounding, to thousands, for the number of shares:
- Click the settings icon to the right of the table
- Set Number of shares rounding to No or Yes - '000
Scale numerical values
To scale values if they do not fit within the column width:
- Click the settings icon to the right of the table (Scale specific numerical values); or
- Edit the table column widths
Change number of decimal places
To change the number of decimal places for issue price:
- Click Reports > Options > Rounding
- Set Shares, options and rights - Price to between 0 and 5 decimal places
- It is also possible to click the settings icons to the right of the table
To change the number of decimal places for gearing ratio percentages:
- Click Reports > Options > Rounding
- Set Statement of financial position - Gearing ratio to between 0 and 5 decimal places
- It is also possible to click the settings icons to the right of the table
Aggregated information for movements in share capital
- If there are more than 25 movements in share capital in a period, consider aggregating transactions so the information is more meaningful to readers
- For instance grouping exercise of options by tranche, issued to key management personnel, issued on project X, total buy-backs for the month or period, etc
Capital risk management
Based on the selected 'Basis of preparation', the software may determine that this section is not required.
To turn the Capital risk management section on:
- Click Reports > Options > Setup
- Switch Inclusions - Capital risk management to On
To turn on the Gearing ratio table:
- Click Reports > Options > Setup
- Set Other disclosures - Gearing ratio - equity to Yes
- Within the note, click the settings icon and select either Gearing ratio - trade and other payables, Gearing ratio - borrowings (including lease liabilities) or Gearing ratio - lease liabilities
