Options and rights

To turn on Options disclosures:

  • Click Reports > Options > Setup
  • Set Inclusions - Options to On

 

To turn on Rights disclosures:

  • Click Reports > Options > Setup
  • Set Inclusions - Performance rights or Inclusions - Retention rights to On

 

 

Rounding

To override the legislated rounding rules that dictate lower rounding denominations:

  • Click Reports > Options > Setup
  • Set Rounding - Share-based payments to On
  • The rounding will be based on the selection in Rounding
  • It is also possible to click the settings icons to the right of the table

 

 

Scale numerical values

To scale values if they do not fit within the column width:

  • Click the settings icon to the right of the table (Scale specific numerical values); or
  • Edit the table column widths

 

 

Change number of decimal places

To change the number of decimal places for exercise price and share price at grant date:

  • Click Reports > Options > Rounding
  • Set Shares, options and rights - Price to between 0 and 5 decimal places
  • It is also possible to click the settings icons to the right of the table

 

To change the number of decimal places for fair value per option at grant date:

  • Click Reports > Options > Rounding
  • Set Shares, options and rights - Fair value to between 0 and 5 decimal places
  • It is also possible to click the settings icons to the right of the table

 

To change the number of decimal places for valuation model inputs percentages:

  • Click Reports > Options > Rounding
  • Set Shares, options and rights - Valuation model inputs to between 0 and 5 decimal places
  • It is also possible to click the settings icons to the right of the table

 

 

Technical notes

The share-based payments note contains many tables, which are required under the various circumstances, including summaries of options granted and valuation model inputs.
